Rules:
Since this is the first tournament on this forum...Any one that wishes to join may enter... This will be the only time you may join like this into one of these tournaments...After this, certain objectives [glow=green,2,300]MUST[/glow] be met.
The Referee for this will be me, Daisuke Nakata...
